1. Booking Cancellation
- Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur cancellation charges.
- No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations.
- If the booking is canceled by ODAC28 due to unavoidable reasons, a full refund will be issued.
3. Security Deposit Refund
- The security deposit is refundable after vehicle return and inspection.
- Any damages, fines, or extra charges will be deducted.
- Refund processing may take 3–7 business days.
4. Early Return Policy
- No refund will be provided for early return of the vehicle.
- Unused rental time is non-refundable.
5. Payment Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
- Booking fees (if any)
- Late cancellation charges
- Penalties due to violation of terms
